Equipment

Our equipment includes 3 state of the art laser screeds.  These screeds are used when the project requires a large slab on grade with high tolerance requirements for level.  We are affiliated through common ownership with O’Green Concrete Pumping Company which provides us with preferential scheduling for 10 concrete pump trucks ranging in size from 31 to 58  meters.

Suppliers

Due to our volume as compared to our competitors and due to our excellent credit rating, we enjoy the best pricing available from our suppliers.  Those suppliers offering discounts are paid within the discount period.  By maintaining a low cost for the construction materials, we are able to be highly competitive in our market place.

Geographics

Geographically, we cover the Southeastern United States and are listed in the top 15 specialty subcontractors for this region.

Capacity

We perform bonded and non-bonded work and our bonding capacity is $50 million.

Super-Flat

Our super flat division received the 2007 National Tilt Up Achievement Award from The Tilt Up Concrete Association in recognition of our project that involved a 5 story office building in Tampa, Florida.  It was a highly complex building that involved stacking a two story panel on top of a three story.  The project was completed under budget and one month ahead of schedule.
